Buzz – Shoulder Rehab & Strength Rebuild

Before: After a major injury and surgery to repair three torn tendons and a torn bicep, Buzz was left facing a long and uncertain recovery. Even simple movement was painful and strength felt far away.

After: One year later, with six months of focused training, he’s back in the gym and already close to his pre-injury strength. Through consistent rehab, smart programming, and relentless effort, Buzz has rebuilt not only his shoulder but also his confidence in what his body can do.

Stu – Endurance Coaching

When Stu first started, he had never run more than 5km. After just 4 months of focused training, he lined up for the brutal 60-mile Silva Lakes Traverse. He made it an incredible 45 miles before his body gave in. Most people would have stopped there.

But Stu came back the next year stronger, sharper, and more prepared. After a year of consistent running programs, gym work, and weekly check-ins, he crossed the finish line of the full 60 miles. From mountain heat to freezing nights, sickness, and even hallucinations—he kept moving forward.

It wasn’t just about finishing a race. It was about proving that failure isn’t final, and that with grit, discipline, and the right coaching, limits can be rewritten.


Dan – In-Person Training

Before: Dan had tried the gym before, but nothing ever stuck. He felt unsure of what to do, frustrated by the lack of progress, and struggled to make it part of his routine.
